I spent the early fall and winter months shooting weddings, so my recent pet photoshoot was a nice change of pace. I love the beauty and emotional gravity of weddings, but there is something about a puppy photoshoot that brings a smile to my face! The puppy mom did not have any preferences for setting or props, and the open-ended aspect of this project opened the door for me to shoot dynamic images with a light-hearted, whimsical feel. There is no cuter subject than a young puppy, but they certainly do not sit still.
